Not only would Lou get on the phone with us anytime, any day, texting included but he went the extra mile to help us pull out fences, scrape floors, remind us of all of the little things that we had to do. He is always super friendly and professional; never frustrated or impatient with us if we forgot and needed to be reminded about the million details. He has a list of people who can help peripherally with the odd jobs - like handymen, movers, etc...I want to buy another house just to see Lou again!! For Lou, it's not a job. He takes care of people and he cares!
